During the course of my career, I’ve played key roles in top newspapers and printing organizations and most recently served in many operational roles as General Manager at The Princeton Packet, Inc providing leadership and strategic thinking that positively impacted the top- and bottom-line.   In the past year my focus was on a strategic plan to restructure the company with a plan to be the most cost effective without jeopardizing the integrity of the company and ultimately increasing sales.  In doing so I created a viable company that led to a merger with a larger publishing company which allowed for increased efficiencies.   I played a key role in the merger with all the principals involved and smoothly conducted the transition which allowed the acquiring partners to eliminate my position.   If you are considering bringing on a proven leader with the vision, strategies and tools to succeed let’s talk. I welcome the opportunity to share with you my insights to help you outperform your competition and accelerate your market performance.  Thank you.
